These terms apply to purchases from themarginkit.com. Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose buyer terms also apply. Orders on Etsy are also covered by Etsy's policies.
Licence
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files or copy links, in original or modified form.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally straight after payment. You need a Google account (free) for Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel 2016 or later.
No professional advice
Our products are calculation and record-keeping tools. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Fee rates and tax rules change, so you're responsible for checking them and the results.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
